We now are able to differentiate between when a Mind Fit or TimeSlips tool is being pitched, versus when an event is being hosted. *TimeSlips Pitch*: is when you're having a conversation with a referral account about this program to pitch the idea of starting a session at their community and/or using the TS one-pager as a selling tool to talk about the program. *TimeSlips Facilitation Event*: is when you've completed a hosted session of TS in the account. *Mind Fit Series Pitch*: is when you're having a conversation with a referral account about this program to pitch the idea of starting a session at their community and/or using our MF one-pager invitation or other SLC Deck tools to pitch the idea of Mind Fit. *Mind Fit Series Event*: is when you've completed a hosted session of MF in the account. *Our Goal: Every HCL Hosts TimeSlips by EOY* As we round out the end of 2023 and are now fully trained and ready to hit the field with TimeSlips, the goal from Sales Leadership is to *host your first TimeSlips session by the end of the year.* Note: please document your efforts in your SF activity under "Tied to Sales Initiative", as noted above. *Timeline and Due Dates of Q1 2024 SAP.* Week of 11/20 - 11/24: All HCLs to complete a review of current SAP performance and use the checkbox for the completion of all "Actions 1, 2, 3" that were completed on your Q4 SAP Plan in Salesforce. HCLs to start thinking through any necessary adjustments/strategies that may be advantageous for the coming quarter. Weeks of 11/27 - 12/8: All HCLs to attend a meeting with their Director of Strategy and Growth and Regional Director of Operations (separate from regular scheduled coaching calls) to review SAP Account Workbooks and align on top 20 accounts for Q1. Meeting invites will be sent by Directors of Strategy & Growth. HCLs can start submitting Q1 SAPs in Salesforce after these meetings. Weeks of 12/11 - 12/22: HCLs to complete SAP submissions for each of their top 20 accounts. Use the "Submit for Approval" button to send each of the 20 SAP's to your Sales Leader for review. HCL DUE DATE: Friday 12/22: HCLs to submit all Q1 Top 20 SAP's for approva
