The hourly rate shown on these 2 invoices should have been $110.00, as agre= ed following my email of November 17, 2023 (see attachment) and as reflecte= d in invoice #014 sent on December 31, 2023, and not $100.00. I have traced the source of this error. In our email exchange at the beginn= ing of August (see attachment) concerning the analysis and monitoring of ca= lls for tenders in other Canadian provinces, I made a typing error when I i= ndicated that I wanted to keep my current hourly rate for the preparation o= f bids. Instead of writing $110, I wrote $100. In addition, I recently added an administrative assistant to my team to ass= ist me with the clerical side of my business, including invoicing. When pre= paring the last 2 invoices, she relied on the hourly rate indicated in our = email exchange at the beginning of August. Despite having validated the las= t 2 invoices before sending them to you, I unfortunately did not catch this= error. I wanted to inform you of this situation before sending you an invoice to c= orrect this billing error. I am truly sorry for this error and the inconven= ience it may cause. I would also like to take this opportunity to clarify all the aspects surro= unding the invoicing of our business relationship, in order to avoid any po= tential issue.
