I have the ability to fix amounts and applications in Clearcare but don't want to touch anything before talking to you and the accounting team. Please see the screenshot below for what is currently showing open on the account, which I don't believe is correct since some payments were posted for the wrong amount. I suggest we have a meeting to discuss this client and figure out next steps.
