For everyone's reference, please find links below to the 2 Solutions Dashboards - I'd recommend bookmarking them for yourself within salesforce. Both have recently been updated (and will continue to be) based on feedback from your team(s) to ensure maximum utility & value to your group. Note: We just added a regional filter to the SLA Dashboard below based on your feedback :) 1. *Solutions Dashboard * 2. *Solutions SLA Dashboard ***Note: 1-2 of the reports on this will not work with the regional filter as they are "joined reports" ie they pull elements of data from both Opportunities AND assessment records for instance and for whatever reason - mass filters do not work.
