(I'll go to point form) * Although it was a loose agenda'd meeting with not much in terms of ob= jectives and deliverables I did find you possess lots of the skills that we= need to grow our sales team to achieve 15-20 Million dollars of annual rec= urring revenue. I like personally like a calm, calculated but driven dispos= ition when it comes to sales and I thought you had this is spades. I also g= ive you credit for having tried the startup game and your ability to "figur= e" stuff out to build top line growth * Having experience in Home Care is a big bonus and you would instantly= possess credibility that no one has at AlayaCare * I'm quite confident in my 3 years of history and sales data to confid= ently predict that marketing, direct selling (BDR/SDR) and WOM will garner = the opportunities we need to close to meet our target and potentially reach= our stretch target. On the challenges bullet points here are some to put out there. * I'd much rather have a centralized sales function all in Toronto, you= r situation and roots seem to be firmly planted in Montreal, that's not a d= eal breaker, but it's a challenge. * Putting myself in your shoes I wonder if I would be ready to jump int= o a role where I'm selling and lower on the relative totem pole at AlayaCar= e vs. where you are now at a growing family business that benefits from you= r presences and strategy. As confident as I am in our sales and marketing d= ata there's still lots of "selling" and there's a ramp up. Compensation: The model I've developed is a 50% salary, 50% variable. Our AEs this year h= ave a 1.2 ARR and 600K pro services target. This will get them over their 1= 50K OTE and I'm quite confident that if they put in the work and hustle the= y'll meet and potentially exceed this target.
