--00000000000043538c05ec6e0426 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi All, I spoke to Beth earlier and it seems we figured out why calls aren't coming to her and the short answer is the number she was given when she started on her business card: 226-778-4726 and what she's been promoting for business in order for people to contact her, is not a number we own in 8x8 or that was issued to her via the cell phone. The 8x8 system shows her number was always 226-771-9243, so the question is where did the original number she was given came from because it doesn't seem to be an active number we currently own or issued as a work-related number for her. Beth doesn't seem to know but says business cards were already issued for her when she first started that had these numbers. Matt - do you know where you may have gotten that phone number from (226-778-4726)? Was it something that was given to you from our IT Team or HR?
