I tried to reach Paul on two occasions last w= eek. His voicemail box was full. We have a 48= hour cancellation policy as detailed in our consent agreement. We were info= rmed of the cancellation the morning of August 10th. Therefore the subsequen= t 48 hours were charged. I understand that a bed opened up at Mount Sinai an= d you had to make a quick decision but we make a commitment to our staff to p= ay them in the event of a cancellation.
