Contractors and Temporary Workers will not receive an invitation. - The survey will close on October 25th. - Discuss the purpose and intention of the pulse survey in upcoming 1:1 conversations and team huddles/meetings. - Encourage candid feedback and confirm that truly, the survey is anonymous and stored through an outside party. Team members will receive one reminder notification before the survey closes even if they have already submitted a response as TheKey will not have visibility to individuals who have responded already. - Access the Engagement and Recognition Workplace page link for FAQS about the survey.
