We would therefore enter October 4th as their HCA start date. We would, however, need to get a copy of those ROEs for our records so that we have an accurate work history for them. To Dee's point, if ever there is an issue where severance needs to be paid out, or even a worker's comp issue, or maternity leave, we need their history to be able to assess benefits/compensation. Also, I think that when the caregivers are created in ClearCare, we should tag them with a profile tag. This way, it will be easy to flag them easily for future reference. Thank you all! It's such a pleasure to work together!
