*Program Insights: *
- As a reminder, this spiff captures *actualized* Tier 1 SOCs. This
means the client had a shift on or after day 31 from their service start
date in the review month, so *most of the actualized Tier 1 SOCs for
June will have started services in May*. Get as many Tier 1 intention
clients started this month to reap the rewards of this spiff next month!
