As a project manager in the HR department, I have been working with a team to move all hiring of caregivers to our company's preferred platform, iCIMS. I am writing to inform you that, effective immediately, TheKey will be canceling our monthly contract with *JazzHR.* This should not be disruptive to the team as they have been using iCIMS for recruiting/hiring in the Canada offices since 8/28/23. The recruiting team manager, Jon Eckrich, has been working closely with the team and has made this transition as smooth as possible. If you are wondering why am I sharing this with you, *your help is needed* for the termination of these accounts. I have outlined the important next steps that must be taken by the designated Super Admins for *each account*: 1. Requests for termination *must be made in writing* at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Service Term. 2. A termination request must be sent* via e-mail to the customer Billing Contact or JazzHR's customer success team at *CSM@jazzhr.com* . *Please add Tim Thomas and me to the email sent to JazzHR for visibility. 3. After your request is received, accounts will be placed in "hibernation"for thirty (30) days once termination is requested. 4. We will need to confirm termination at the end of the hibernation period. Here are the accounts that I have on record for JazzHR.
