This is the message I received from the team: FYI- I've tested the app, but it looks like it's not connected to our clearcare system as it won't register any clock in/out tasks or care notes. I know there is an option for caregivers to do this offline, but I was connected to Wifi and still didn't register. Could you look into this issue to see if the problem still exists?
