To open this item, just click the link above. Good Morning, We have noticed there is quite a bit of confusion about how to utilize the stages while migrating a client through the funnel. We put together this document to clarify for anyone who touches a patient. In addition to clarifying the stages, we are also proposing a Re-Engagement Process where will will leave an opportunity open if we don't get a yes from the client. We will always place a follow up date in the future to continue to nurture and attempt the client, in case their situation changes or they need our care. We are working with SF to find an easy way to identify these clients to make it less messy in your pipelines. I truly believe by not being as quick to close these opportunities, we will be able to generate more volume over time. This is a similar process to what the Franchises use with great success. I have already received alignment from the west RDOs. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and if I have your alignment to move forward with roll out.
