I'm reaching out to share our tentative list of ~5-8 target Referral Accounts for each of our GMs for our GM Go-to-market growth Initiative. *We've selected ~5-8 Rev Ops owned Referral Accounts for each GM based on where our GM's live and priority of the following Account metrics:* - Active Partnerships (PPAs) - Active/Inactive/Newly Activated Accounts (active client census/recent SOCs) - Stalled/Declining Accounts (historical SOCs) - Highest revenue/SOC generating accounts (last 3 months, 12 months and lifetime) - Highest revenue generating referral channels (SLCs, GCMs, Hospitals, Fiduciaries, etc). *Please review the Accounts noted for your respective Sites and respond via email or comment in the google sheet with any Account revisions that might be appropriate by end of day tomorrow, Tuesday 3/4. Some reasons for revisions may include:* - Duplicate Accounts (some of these Rev Ops accounts may be a duplicate of a HCL owned account) - Unqualified/Low potential Accounts (we may have historical revenue but the account is no longer viable/promising) - Account location (if the Account is not within a reasonable drive time for your GM) If you are able to suggest an alternative Rev Ops owned account that would be a better fit for your GM, please do so! We want to do everything we can to set them up for success.
