Please thoroughly look through the attached document with your offices to ensure all vehicles; enterprise and acquired are accounted for. - For vehicles on the list that are no longer part of the organization please highlight them in yellow, instead of deleting the row. - For vehicles *not* listed on the attached document, please complete the row with all necessary information, and highlight it in orange to note that it has been added. Please feel free to forward the email/attachment to anyone in need. If your location/region *does not* have any vehicles (enterprise or acquired), please reply to this email to let me know, and I will remove you from any future communication.
