Client Inquiries Phone: @Maria Licoudis @Dominiqu= e Jacobs @Timothy Thomas is all part of the client inquiries ring group on 8x8. They will handle any calls as well as enter the appropriate data in Sales Force 2. Client Inquiries Marketing (Call Rail): @Melissa Rus W= ill post all client inquiries from Call Rail in Slack (Montreal Inqirueis channel). These will be actioned by either @Timothy Thomas @Maria Licoudis @Dominique Jacobs (English) and @Lorena Ybarra (French). Please put a checkmark and an update if you have taken that inquiry. Whoever does the inquiry, please enter into Sales Force. 3. Contracts: If a client needs a contract sent out to them, please slack @Dennis Fancy or @Taylor Cleland who can both help out with PandaDoc. Dennis and Taylor, please follow up with the clients that have been sent PandaDocs but have not returned them and be in touch with the appropriate member of the Montreal team. Dennis and Taylor are also Sales Force experts who can help with pushing clients through if needed. 4. All Open Opportunities in Montreal: @Lorena Ybarra I have cleaned up this section in Sales Force "All Open Opportunities Montreal" so there are only 9 of them.
