Changing how stand up is done and making sure I'm touching/delegating everything in SF has made a difference. The team expects me to ask now so I think everyone is more prepared and accountable. Jen and I also touch base multiple times a day on potential cases and I've been attending at least 1 event with her weekly so it has helped with our rapport. Brooke is still a great closer, and Carrie does all she can to get the right match. All in all it's been a team effort. *we did have a T1 client pass away this week (84 hours a week) so we do have some work ahead to make sure we close that gap with new clients.
