Bob started his entrepreneurial journey =E2=80=9CChanging t= he Way the World=E2=80=A6 Grew up=E2=80=9D, by delivering drug and alcohol prevent= ion programs in the Elementary, Middle, and High Schools throughout the Tri-State Area. Now, 25 years later, Bob is thrilled to be Changing the Way the World Ages, along with his mentor, Dan. Bob is a loving father of 3 and husband to his high school sweetheart Lisa in his home in New Jersey. *Dan Richmond* has spent the past 35 years as a serial entrepreneur, starting, nurturing and growing many businesses, mostly in the technology and real estate sectors. Dan takes great pride in watching his employees grow along with the business, as well as seeing happy and gratified clients sing the praise of the employees and company. Dan loves all sports, as well as travelling and investments (real estate and the stock market). Dan resides in Encino, California with his wife of 29 years and his 21 year old daughter. Dan has a second daughter who currently takes residence in Eugene, Oregon. *Clarksville* *Austin Peay* is a lifelong resident of Clarksville, Tennessee. He received his undergrad and JD from University of Tennessee. He has been in private practice, serving the city of Clarksville, for 23 years. He is a member of of the Golden Key National Society, Phi Beta Kappa and the Clarksville Downtown Kiwanis Club.
