Team, I have made some compliance updates to our Canada PAD Agreement, which is attached. One flag is that we're required to list contact information for TheKey, which I've added. Per Elizabeth's guidance, I added Laszlo's email address for questions related to the PAD Agreement, but the one issue is that this will need to be updated if he leaves the organization so if you want to designate a generic email address or phone number please advise. Given PAD Agreements have their own specific regulations, I'd like to keep it separate from the credit card agreement. I recommend using the attached Ontario version for all provinces outside Quebec as this has the required surcharge language. If helpful, happy to jump on a call to discuss/finalize.
