I expressed to Derek and Melissa the desire to create a mentorship program within TheKey and they were on board. Geri Nath and the finance team were creating a similar concept so she and I have combined ideas to roll out a mentorship program for the field teams and finance for now. Mentorship Program Deck 2024 Mentorship Program Overview As we initiate this program, I wanted to invite all RD's to participate in the program to *recommend their top performers with high potential. This should be 2-3 GMs or RMs per region* (in theory). The program deck reviews what qualities we think fit the HIPO definition. Once we have a list of GMs, I will move forward with inviting them to the mentorship program and work with you on pairing them with a mentor. If *YOU are interested in being a mentor for a GM, please let me know*! The easiest way to get our teams buy in, is to invest in them, and a mentorship program is a very effective and meaningful way to do that in my experience.
