The Mavencare team has expressed concern surrounding the difference in pay schedules for internal employees that are based in Toronto. They pay in advance where we do not, so essentially they will have to wait an extra week for pay. - Mavencare has suggested that we can advance the money, although Sandra does not think we can meet that do to Ceridian. - They also suggested that they can estimate the 2nd week of pay 3/14-3/20 and pay that out to employee. Then we will run the pay and ma= ke the adjustment and then pay that back to Mavencare. Our suggestion is we send the new pay schedule to the employees and see if we have any pushback surrounding this and approach that as needed. Timothy and I are also willing to have a discussion with the team as a whole if needed. Thoughts?
