Each comm= ittee had a specific directive and utilized their personal experience along w= ith feedback from all franchisees to help guide initiatives. A summary of th= e committee accomplishments are below. >=20 > Online Marketing and Presence: Worked on reviewing and improving upon the v= arious websites and social media campaigns managed by HCA corporate. > HCA Corporate Site: SEO review show custom landing pages do better than re= gular landing pages in attracting visitors but time on site and bounce rate r= emains same. Updating timeline page to be more interactive and reverse chron= ological and updated homepage messaging. > Honor Your Living Legend: Updated homepage layout with more social sharing= and created marketing collateral (fliers, posters, stand-up banners) to sup= port the program. > CTM Website Redesign: Design initiated and will share once it is further a= long. > HCA Match: Live Analytics and ongoing refinement of questions with input f= rom Jim Johnson, PhD. > GoPro Initiative: New social initiative to highlight all our locations wor= ldwide. > Cognitive Therapeutics Method: Worked on improving the CTM and Mind Fit pr= ograms. > Created and shared Mind Fit Series materials and implementation guide. > Developed more marketing tools for the interventionist program, including a= n updated tri-fold which has been shared with the network a
