Your call pool has six numbers in it, which is normally enough. However, I had submitted enough tests in rapid succession through private browsing windows, that I had exhausted the keyword pool. When someone else arrived on the site and they were given the same that I also happened to be using at the time, some of my activity erroneously got attributed to them. Usually, the number of users simultaneously on the site stays well under six, and I don't believe this is a symptom of needing more numbers in the pool. I believe my rapidfire tests created an exceptional set of circumstances.
