I would like to provide you all some support and help you troubleshoot any kinds of app troubles you may be having. Please kindly read through this full email as all the instructions have been explained in full detail. First and foremost, I would like you to find an email that you would have received from "TheKey Formerly HomeCareassistance" with the Subject line: Caregiver Portal invite: See attached file name *Portal Invite*. Once you see that email, there is a click "Here" option you click to set up your password in the wellsky portal. Once you set up your password. please ensure you have the WellSky APP downloaded and you are not using a web/safari/chrome browser. This will not work and you MUST have the app downloaded. Once you have the app installed, I would like for you to watch the video attached in this email named WellSky Log in before you sign in. This will guide you through how you can log into the app successfully. After you have successfully logged in, please ensure you watch the tutorial to nagicate through the app. Please note your clock in/out will not work if you have not given location access to the app upon signing in.
