These surveys represent a key step in our efforts to enhance the experience for both new hires and transitioning employees at TheKey. By capturing valuable insights, we can better understand what we=E2=80=99re doing well and identify opportunities for gro= wth, ensuring we remain an incredible place to work and a supportive partner to our caregivers and staff. What We=E2=80=99re Doing We=E2=80=99ve developed four tailored surveys=E2=80=94two for onboarding an= d two for exits=E2=80=94to capture meaningful insights about employee experiences dur= ing their early days at TheKey and as they transition out of the organization. Who Receives the Surveys and When - Caregiver Onboarding Survey: Sent 30 days after their first billable hour. - Corporate/Field Onboarding Survey: Sent 30 days after their start date. - Caregiver Exit Survey: Sent to caregivers post-departure via personal email, work email, and text message. - Corporate/Field Exit Survey: Sent to corporate and field staff post-departure via personal email, work email, and text message. Surveys will be distributed weekly through our partnership with Humanly. Feedback will be securely stored in a user-friendly dashboard, allowing leaders to analyze trends and implement actionable improvements. How Feedback Will Be Collected and Distributed I will partner with Andrea and Erika to ensure that the feedback collected from these surveys is distributed effectively to the appropriate leaders and teams. This feedback will serve as a valuable resource to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
