However, our Dad is non-verb= al and unable to advocate for himself. There are many instances where we nee= d to let the caregiver know we need something taken care of on a given day. T= he only option we have is going through Poulami. Here are some items that we= recently needed to communicate - our Dad has developed bed sores on his bot= tom and we need the caregiver to make an appt and follow up with the do= ctor/nursing staff, ask the staff to turn our Dad's lights off at night (the= y are on 24 hours a day)
