Hi RDO (s):

Please see the attached final February bonus payments for your *Ohio JV* plan
participants.  Please communicate the payments before the Friday, April 3rd
payment date.

We are sending you these separate files because these plans currently lack
completed incentive dashboards (DBs).

The RDO, RM, GM, CSM, and CGM plans, the DBs are complete. We will post a
message early Wednesday, announcing that bonus payments are final.
Employees are encouraged to download their performance and payment
information for their records.
