Talita Carriera was supposed to return from maternity leave in September and has not. She is still on benefits. We would need an update on whether she is returning or not Iryna Bryk is still an active caregiver but I had the impression she resigned from her live-in position I would need confirmation on the status of both in order to terminate if necessary. Can you confirm that we will not be adding the caregiver which (according to our old standards) doesn't qualify? Should I notify Brian or will you handle that? I will have to export payroll rates for you when I get home as I don't have access right now, and will send you my OT list as well. Here is the active list on benefits. I would need to be informed if these reduce hours below 30. AHRENS, ROBERT ALLEN, NANCY BOXALL, BRIAN BRIDEAU, MAJELLA BRYK, IRYNA CARREIRA, TALITA ESCALANTE, RUTH FANCY, DENNIS MARSHALL, KAREN PSHYK, ANDREA RUTKAIR, KELLEY SEVCIK, JANIS SKULSKY, CYNTHIA SMITH, SHANNON STANGL, LINDEY SWIFT, GAIL TODERAN, LINDA WEBER, SHELBY On Tue, Oct 11, 2022 at 8:22 AM Timothy Thomas wrote: > Hi Lindsey, > > Thank you for bringing this to my attention. > > If you could export the caregiver rates from your payroll database I'll > get the clearcare rates updated and address the overtime issues with the > scheduling team. > > Benefits will be moving over to the corporate benefits team on December > 1st.
