Are you able to grant Seth access to the CRA accounts?
Seth- the CRA advises that if you want to be authorized on the CRA account you can do this online or with a paper form (see instructions below for which you will need an authorized officer to grant you access)…
A. Online ( this is the fastest method)
1. Sign in to the CRA My Account
* Go to: <https://www.canada.ca/my-cra-account> https://www.canada.ca/my-cra-account
* Sign in using CRA user ID/password or a Sign-In Partner (online banking).
2. Navigate to “Authorize a representative”
* In My Account, look for:
* “Profile” or “Settings”
* Then “Manage representatives” or “Authorize a representative”
3. Add representative details
You will need:
* Representative’s name (person or firm)
* Their RepID, GroupID, or Business Number (BN)
* What you want them to access:
* “Income tax,” “GST/HST,” “Payroll,” etc.
* Level of authorization:
* View only or View and update
* An expiry date (if you want authorization for a limited time)
4. Submit authorization
* CRA normally processes online authorizations in a few days (often faster).

B. Paper form (slower method)
If you cannot use My Account, use a form:
1. Choose the form:
* AUT-01 – Authorize a Representative for Offline Access - https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/forms-publications/forms/aut-01.html
(for calls and mail; not online access)
2. Complete and sign the form
* Include your SIN, name, address
* Representative details and type of access
3. Submit the form
* Mail or fax it to the tax centre indicated on the form.
* Processing can take a few weeks.
