Both CSMs and one of our schedulers along with myself will be on-hand to give him a warm welcome this coming Tuesday. As luck would have it, we have an orientation scheduled for Thursday Sept 5 so he can definitely join that. We are also introducing some hands-on training while we have the Caregivers in-house that will be conducted by our CSMs Claire and Kristal so it will be an informative day for him! I will speak with Claire and Kristal about taking Sugas out on a client visit or two as well so he gets a sense of what their position is all about. I am also planning on at least one client visit myself next week so he can tag along on that one as well if there is time. Tyler, one of our Scheduling Managers will be in office so perhaps he can shadow her on Wednesday the 4th. Rest assured, Sugas will not only be welcomed warmly, we will do our utmost to give him a good taste of each of the positions on hand. He'll be an expert in all things TheKey in no time!
