I am putting together an updated PAF form for you to use for CAD clients whose payers live in the US. Please note that there were international transaction fees imposed by my bank due to the payment of a C$ invoice and the conversion to US $. @Steve Koyanagi would this verbiage be acceptable on the PAF in acknowledgement of the transactions fees?
