I just called them and submitted the disconnect on the account for today. Below are instructions for returning the Cogeco equipment. Cogeco Account Number: 50022826338 Step 1: Pack up your equipment for return 1. Put the Cogeco equipment and accessories in a box. 2. Pack them carefully using newspaper or another packing material to fill in the empty spaces. 3. Seal the box with packing tape. Step 2: Take it to a Canada Post outlet 1. Go to any Canada Post outlet. To locate your nearest Canada Post location, visit canadapost.ca. 2. Provide the following Return ID number to the Canada Post employee: PR536672. We recommend that you make a note of the Canada Post tracking number for tracking purposes.
