I should not be paying time and half for service when it is not a holiday because the care giver is out. It is the responsibility of the agency to ensure there is a care giver. Time and half is for holidays. It is not to cover lack of availability of the caregivers which is the responsibility of the agency. I am quite concerned here, as this is governed by contract, and this is not consistent with my understanding of the contract. As well, please deal with me directly on money issues, not through my sister.
