The email pertaining to Stephania was not answered. The process began in April. I spoke to Sven about re-evaluating your parents in order to increase the hours approved by the CLSC. I believe we were successful in doing so as the hours were upped to 20 per week. At that point we discussed Stephania getting on the program and I texted Joanne to get the process started with Sven. I subsequently left him multiple unreturned voicemail messages with regards to Stephania's enrolment in cheque emplois. Finally in mid June, George got in touch with Melissa (Sven's replacement) and Stephania's information was provided and enrolment was made effective June 17th. This is the best timeline I can provide.
