I have worked with this college for more than 4 years now, we hire some students and alumni from their RCA program and we have also facilitated practicum for some of them. Mr. Chia (owner) wants us to collaborate with him in his new program to bring foreign care healthcare workers from overseas (doctors, nurses, LPN's). He is already in partnership with Nursing schools in different countries. His program aims to help them with the immigration process and lead them to get their registration number upon arriving in Canada. This will be at no cost to The Key and can bring the qualified staff that we are looking for.
