Starting Wednesday, July 19, we will launch an intensive 6-week summer series, wrapping up on Wednesday, August 23. This series is designed to sharpen your skills, deepen your understanding, and empower you to deliver exceptional service to our clients and families whether they are just starting their care journey and looking into various care options, or are an established client with us. These 6 weeks are in place of any other live, training-team-led trainings this summer. After summer, we will return to a more regular training cadence. We will also pause the weekly Client Success Manager emails for the next 6 weeks as well so the focus can be on the Summer Series. Here's what you can expect: - *Interactive Sessions*: From *8am to 10am Pacific/11am to 1pm Eastern* every Wednesday, we will have engaging sessions filled with valuable insights and interactive learning experiences. - *Active Learning:* We've packed the series with polls, breakout rooms, and experiential exercises to ensure an engaging learning environment that caters to different learning styles. - *Practical Assignments:* Each week will feature assignments and pre-work designed to apply and reinforce what you have learned. - *In-Session Workbook: *This will be your companion throughout the series. Not only will it track your participation, but it will also serve as a useful resource to reflect on your growth areas, strengths, and topics that you might want to delve into during your 1:1 discussions. You will receive a workbook next week before the first session that will also be shared with your Regional Managers, Regional Directors, and Divisional Leaders so they can follow along with your learnings.
