I'm meeting with the TA Team at 2:00 CST to let them know about the changes that were made today, what the new team will look like, inform them of any new geographies they will need to cover, etc. For the Midwest, coverage will be as follows: Brandy Rivera - Chicago, Columbus, Grand Rapids Ayla Lema - Kansas City, Milwaukee, St. Louis After that I will inform the General Managers of the changes as well. Please note that because recruiters will have larger geographies to cover they will no longer be able lead orientations (if they previously were - some locations have been leveraging recruiters for this, some have not). We will need local operations team members to conduct orientations moving forward.
