--000000000000218f4805ebe51ab5 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Good Evening Steve and Tim, So more than unfortunate news to share. One of our caregivers out of the Vancouver office has been arrested on shift after being caught stealing on camera. The tape also showed some very disturbing behaviour including using medicated lotions and taking medications. Additionally, there is some very alarming behaviour of removing her clothes in the kitchen and placing paper towels in her underwear before pulling them up again and preparing food for the client. The caregiver has been with the company for almost six years and has been on this case for more than two months. As a result, and understandable, the RCMP and the client's son Mark Cooper are reviewing a lot more tape than just the previous four days before her arrest. Mark would like me to speak directly with the RCMP officer and would like myself or another manager to watch the tape for the purposes of understanding what they saw and to assist in our termination of the caregiver. Please advise if you have any further direction for me at this time.
