I have attached the Canadian presentation that was given to our teams for your reference. I don't think it is a big deal for the employees if we tell them the difference will be paid at a later date but I do think it is important that we give them that information once it is confirmed. Please let me know so we can update the Canadian teams that it will be adjusted accordingly.
