To make it easier on scheduling and ensure you capture as many resources and ideas as possible, sites with one or more participants will be placed in different groups. To gain a clear understanding and baseline measurement of our current situation, we are asking all participants to *respond to this email* and answer the following questions. If you are new or have never discussed these questions with your manager, take this opportunity to have a dialog and gather a better understanding of recruiting practices in your office. 1. What are your top three recruiting challenges? 2. What job boards do you currently use and which one produces the best results? 3. What is your monthly recruiting budget? 4. Have you developed recruiting sources beyond postings and if so with what organizations? 5. Do you have a formalized caregiver referral program? If so, how much do you offer and after how many hours worked by the referral? 6.
