She knocked it out of the park. She is also near the top on CCMS+ score from Medallia surveys. She is nailing both volume and quality with her work. I know she has been asking for a raise this year and I think it is well-deserved. She is my most polished, best performing recruiter on any of my teams this year. Is it possible for us to evaluate her compensation on our next call and discuss avenues available to give her a bump? She is doing phenomenal work in Vancouver, is well-liked, polished and professional, and I think the other recruiters can learn quite a bit from her too, in terms of interviewing, especially.
