I've not been able to locate the options for acquiring a community's in-house program. I also recall seeing a version where TheKey would take over management (no upfront costs) of a community in-house program and pay the community XX dollars per hour for each hour we bill their residents. This option of continuing a revenue stream for the community is the one I'm most interested in proposing to a community ASAP. Do you have details on any of this that you can share?
