--000000000000dcaf1e05f4c52be0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hi Tim, With the branding bridge transition for Canada, there are two phases to the social strategy that I'm outlining below. *1) Initial branding bridge social plan/execution. *This is slated for Monday 3/13. Megan Good's team will: - Update the name of the pages - Update the profile photo and cover photo - Update the URL on the page to link to their location page on TheKey.ca - Scheduling a set of posts to go out on launch day/the following weeks for Facebook, and Instagram for those who have it (~6-15 posts all linking to TheKey.ca) - Removing any scheduled HCA posts for launch date through the end of March for Facebook, and Instagram for those who have it (suggest that the team only loads through the 12th and then we can schedule more if the date gets pushed for any reason) *2) Ongoing social posting plan for Canada* This means we can switch to TheKey.ca as the one website to post to for social content. This would start with the April content. However, because the website will be a lite site, it will not have all of the same pages that TheKey.com has. I don't think this will be an issue because if the specific landing page doesn't exist, the team can just link to the homepage instead and they would need to update the link anyway. I reviewed the Jan-March content for TheKey as if I was going to link to our TheKey.ca for Canada here and listed what I think the outcome would be for each post from a link perspective. *Can you take a look and see if you agree with the messaging/linking strategy for each post?* These expenses will hit the Marketing budget and moving to posts that are TheKey branded and link to TheKey.ca will save a few hundred dollars per month. It will also reinforce TheKey as the primary brand. Let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns as I finish up the strategy and start creating the initial post schedule.
