In the *Pipeline by Site *worksheet you see the following current candidate information for each site to *include the status of each pre-employment screening (background check, drug test, etc). * - Pre-Employment in Process (Offer Extended, Pre-Hire Packet Sent, Pre-Hire Packet in Process, Pre-Employment Screening Initiated) - Candidates who have been extended offers and are now completing pre-employment forms and screening. - Eligible for Hire - Candidates who have completed pre-employment screening and are being scheduled for orientation. - Orientation Scheduled - Candidates who are scheduled for orientation. In the *iCIMS Hires by Site *worksheet you can see all Hires and Rehires for the previous week, which *includes the date the new hire files were uploaded to WellSky. * Please note that for any data point in these worksheets you can double click on the value to open up more detailed information.
