The customers that state charge tax will need the charge tax button selected on their profile as a one time clean up effort. This will need to be completed by EOD Tuesday 5.21.24 in order to bill correctly in Netsuite. As a reminder this will also need to be done moving forward for any new clients that start that need to be charged tax-If the office does not check this box the customers will not be charged tax. This function is completed by selecting Edit profile on the customers account and then charge tax button selected on the general tab (Added a screenshot below).
