I wanted to confirm that I have returned to work as of yesterday, Monday October 28th. I now report to Abby Cnossen (CC=E2=80=99d to this email as = well as Tim). Abby confirmed I am active on Workday and HR support has transferred me from the States to Canada on Workday as well. I tried updating my direct deposit information on Workday,however I am getting an error message ( stating the account number is incorrect. I am not sure if this is because my default settings are set to USD and United States. I have attached a picture). I also wanted to know if Canadian employees are still using ceridian ( if so, would a login reset be sent to me) Would you be able to direct me on next steps ( HR email , benefits enrolment, direct deposit update).
