This employee's record needs to be corrected in Workday. That correction needs to be entered by either the employee's manager, or if the manager needs assistance, the HR Service Center can help them. For checks & balances purposes, the compensation team does not/cannot enter comp changes. We are responsible for approving the changes that are entered= .
