We have learned that our Payroll processing partner, One Source Virtual, submitted our payroll file through Chase Bank yesterday morning as they normally would. By midday, they noticed a delay in processing times and alerted their executive contacts at Chase Bank. It was later confirmed that Chase Bank experienced a widespread system outage. Fortunately, Chase has since resolved the issue. Chase Bank has assured us that employee direct deposits will be posted in your accounts today, June 21st. Depending on your bank, you may not see the deposit until the afternoon. The availability of funds for withdrawal depends on your individual bank. While we are receiving reports from many employees that their payroll funds have been deposited and are available, it is possible that some funds may not be available until Monday. We deeply understand the importance of timely payments and the stress that this delay may cause. We are grateful for your patience and understanding as we work through the impact of the Chase outage. If you have any immediate concerns, please reach out to the HR Service Center at 888-874-8088 or hrservicecenter@thekey.com. -- Kind Regards, *Chris Gerard* CEO | *TheKey* Mobile: 817-313-7913 [image: TheKey] --00000000000083689a061b68bf7f Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable My team has been working diligently this morning to identify = the reason for the delay in payments impacting our US employees. = We = have learned that our Payroll processing partner, One Source Virtual, submi= tted our payroll file through Chase Bank yesterday morning as they normally= would.
