As Workday is our benefits system of record, we would need to get your name updated to "Cartwright" in that system before we could update your name with RBC. I'd suggest you start by contacting the HRServiceCenter@TheKey.com regarding that name change. I'm not sure if they can do it, but, if not, they would know who can help to get that done.
