Based on the baseline established, Lacey will be eligible for a $2,500 incentive every time we grow the revenue generated base by $15,000 monthly. For instance, if our baseline revenue is $40,000 from these referral sources in August, then the checkpoints would be at $55,000, $70,000, $85,000, etc. Measurement: Aileen will be responsible for sharing a numbers update at the close of every month. Chen will ensure any owed dollars are paid. Active: Now through December Continuation: Measurement period is through December. If any of the three accounts did not produce at least two client starts between September and December, and/or has revenue below the June/July/August baseline, the accounts will be at risk for transfer of ownership at the end of December. If our total revenue generated from these accounts (monthly) does not improve by at least $30,000 now through December, we will reconsider whether it is appropriate for Lacey to allocate time to referral account management. If we continue to grow our revenue by over $30,000 monthly in these accounts by December, and see starts progress, Lacey will continue ownership of these accounts in 2024 under an incentive structure.
